Pixel Pig is donation-ware. Provider accounts, usage charges, and platform access remain between you and those third parties.
Licence
Six Foot Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Pixel Pig on your devices. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, host it for others, or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Your accounts and costs
You connect your own provider, storage, and social-platform accounts. You are responsible for those accounts, their security, their terms, and any charges they incur. Pixel Pig does not receive or profit from third-party usage charges.
Your content and outputs
You retain your rights in content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use, generate, upload, and publish it. Outputs and posts may be subject to the terms of the provider, model, or platform involved; check those terms before commercial use or publication.
Do not use Pixel Pig for unlawful content, infringement, abuse, deception, or activity that violates a connected service's rules.
Third-party services
Pixel Pig connects to independent services that we do not control. Their availability, moderation, pricing, output quality, account decisions, and API changes are their responsibility. A feature may stop working when a provider changes or withdraws its service.
Updates and termination
We may update Pixel Pig or these terms. Material changes may be shown in the app or published here. You may stop using Pixel Pig at any time. We may suspend or end the licence for a material breach of these terms.
Warranty and liability
Pixel Pig is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every provider or model.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pixel Pig in the previous 12 months or A$100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost content, lost profits, or provider, storage, or platform charges. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Six Foot Games against claims arising from your content, your use of Pixel Pig, or your breach of these terms or a connected provider's terms.
Law and contact
